Working principle

The slurry is evenly distributed on the filter belt through the feeding device. The filter belt moves forward under the drag of the motor. The material is dehydrated and concentrated under the action of gravity. The concentrated material enters the S-shaped extrusion roll, and the upper filter belt forms the extrusion force when the material enters the S-shaped extrusion roll. The two filter belts move in opposite direction and achieve solid-liquid separation. After extrusion, the filter cake is peeled off from the upper and lower filter cloth by using the reversing wheel scraper device, and the lower filter cloth is washed by the Re-sound device and returned to the feed area. The filtrate is collected by the receiving tray, thus realizing uninterrupted dehydration function.
